Request a product return

To ensure an efficient handling of returns, repairs and product inspections, Raca International operates a Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure.

Please complete the form below to submit your request. After reviewing your request, our team will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions, if applicable.

After submitting the completed form, you will receive a confirmation that your request has been received. Our sales team will review your application and respond within two business days with the next steps.

Return conditions
Products may only be returned after prior approval from Raca International. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive an official RMA number together with instructions for returning the goods. Whenever possible, products should be returned complete and securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Returns due to incorrect orders
For returns resulting from incorrectly ordered products, Raca International may charge a handling fee of 10% of the purchase value. This handling fee does not apply to products returned for inspection, repair, warranty evaluation or confirmed product defects. Please note that returns with a value below €75.00 cannot be processed.
