Fyrtex 1 Nozzle is the oldest in this series of nozzles. The nozzle consists of two, or at most three, tungsten carbide wear parts. The orifice disc can be used with a combined swirl chamber or alternatively with a swirl chamber without end plate together with a round end plate. The tungsten carbide wear parts are interchangeable with the wear parts for Fyrtex 3 Nozzle. The only difference is that the nozzles in Fyrtex 3 Nozzle use a square end plate instead of a round one.

The loose, round end plate cannot be used in our Superior High Pressure Atomizing Nozzle. We only offer original body and adapter parts for Fyrtex 1 Nozzle. All nozzle parts can be ordered separately in any quantity. To receive a quotation, contact us or click on the “Request a quote” button.
